Thus, if the battery is faulty, your Mac laptop will still work normally with the power adaptor.

It’s more likely that the logic board is the culprit of the problem instead.

If you choose not to proceed with the quote, you can simply take your Mac computer back, pay nothing and have a think about it.

We carry common spare parts such as RAM and hard drives to make the repair process faster.

If you can’t visit our Apple repairs store, we can arrange a computer technician to fix the issue at your home or office (depending on the problem).

How much does it cost to repair my Apple computer?

Our Apple Mac technicians will test to give a Free quote prior to repairs.

There are 100s of different spare parts for Apple computers and prices vary. Our technician will look up your Mac computer specification and prices according to its model and give you options for repairs.

We follow a long price list that is tailored to each specific problem and computer model. We do not use hourly rates.

How long does it take to repair my Apple computer?

For software issue, it’s done on the same day or next business day.

For hardware problems such as RAM or hard drive replacement, it’s done on the same day or the next day.

For other repairs, turn-around time is usually 1 to 2 business days. However, some repairs need more time.

We carry common parts in our store to facilitate the repair process.

However, it’s not possible to have all parts in stock. If a part is not in stock, or if it is major repairs such as water damage repairs, we will need to order parts from our supplier. The part is sent to us via normal Australia Post.

Typical Australia Post delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Express postage is 1 to 2 business days if it’s available (additional cost applies).

What if my Apple computer cannot be fixed?

As per our No Fix No Fee policy, we do not charge for unsuccessful repair attempts, provided that you have followed the solution as recommended by our computer technicians.

We also have an e-Waste recycling bin where you can have your computer sent to e-Waste recycling for free of charge.

What guarantees do I get after repairs?

Our repairs come with 3 month (90 day) guarantee on the same problem. Many spare parts come with 1-year manufacturer warranty as well. For example, new RAM, hard drive, battery etc.
