At Safemode Computer Service, we are committed to offering customers excellent and trusted services for your computer repair needs. During these unprecedented times, we must ensure the health and safety of our customers and our people.
As we work to support the community, we also play an important role to help reduce the impact of COVID-19 in Sydney. The wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. To encourage and facilitate proper social distancing practices, we have introduced a few precautionary measures.
COVID-19 precautionary steps
Considering recent government advice, we are switching to an appointment-based service approach. This only allows one customer in our Enmore store at a time. To get your computer serviced, click here to book an appointment online. You may also call ahead to set up an appointment at your convenience. At your appointment, we will do an initial checkup on your laptop or desktop computer and find a solution for you. The whole process will take no more than 10-20 minutes. We aim to maintain our highly-rated repair services, just with less person-to-person contact.
In store, we have also taken steps to ensure that our customers and staff are as safe as possible. We are now:
- Wearing surgical masks and disposable gloves;
- Maintaining personal hygiene with regular hand-washing habits
Along with social distancing practices, we are taking the above steps to minimise the risk of personal contact during these times.
We’re here to help
As we closely monitor the situation, we will keep our customers informed of our process. We will make more updated changes as needed. We also thank you for your patience and support during these critical times.
In the meantime, we still are big supporters of our community. We’re here to help. Are you working from home? We can help with questions you have about setting up your at-home workstation. Do feel free to take a look at our blog to learn more about repairing your computer at-home.
