Our customer’s Dell XPS 13 could no longer run properly on battery power. It constantly ran out of charge and had to stay plugged in, defeating the purpose of owning an ultrabook. To make matters worse, Dell no longer supplies replacement batteries for this model.

We performed a quick diagnosis within 5 minutes of receiving the Dell XPS 13. After identifying the issue, we explained the repair process and agreed on the price upfront.

We responded quickly with an email estimate and offered to pre-order the part to minimise waiting time. Within 24 hours, the genuine Dell battery arrived from our supplier.

• Removed the old failing battery.
• Installed the genuine Dell replacement battery.
• Reassembled and tested charging and runtime performance.
