Cancellation is not allowed after orders are either scheduled for shipment or are in transit. To cancel an order please send an email to sale@safemode.com.au or call Safemode sale representative.

On the occasions where there are price discrepancies between Safemode website prices and Safemode advertising portals prices, or between Safemode website prices and actual prices, the sale representative will contact the customer to inform of the difference before proceeding with the order.
